OvenSaathi is an online software service by Techwarezen Pvt Ltd. No physical goods are shipped by us.
1. Delivery of the Service
- Your account and shop website are created instantly when you sign up.
- Paid plans are activated immediately after a successful payment. You will see the new expiry date in your panel under "Subscription".
- If your plan is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will activate it or refund the amount.
2. Bakery orders
Cakes and products ordered on a shop website are prepared and delivered (or handed over for pickup) by that bakery. Delivery areas, charges, dates and timings are decided by each bakery and shown on its website. For questions about an order, please contact the bakery directly, for example using the WhatsApp button on its website.
